Stolen photos

A couple of Moscow friends of mine sent me a link to a Russian textile company website where they found my photo of my cousin Annie, that has been manipulated in Photoshop and is being used on their website without my permission: www.togas.ru





Question: What do I do about it?

a. email them and tell them to take it off the website because the copyright belongs to me and I`ve never given any permission to use it to anyone,
b. demand a payment for its usage,
c. just get over it because there`s nothing photographers can do about their stolen photos.
